title: "Copilot"
description: "Ask the Xtream AI Copilot about your service in plain language and let it help with changes, with your approval for anything risky."
---

Finding a number in your panel, or making the same change in many places, can take many clicks. The **Xtream AI Copilot** is an assistant inside the panel: you ask in plain language, it reads your service data and answers, and it can help you make changes.

## Who can use it

- **Administrators only.** Resellers never see the Copilot.
- It is available on a computer screen. It does not appear on the mobile layout.

## Open the Copilot

1. Click the robot icon at the top of the panel (tooltip **Xtream AI Copilot**).
2. A side panel opens. Type your question in **Ask or request an action…** and press Enter.

When you open a new chat, you can also start from a suggestion, such as **Quick service overview**, **Analyze my data**, **Ideas & recommendations** or **Next steps**.

## What you can ask

Some examples:

- "How many clients expire this week?"
- "Which channels are down right now, and from which provider?"
- "Is any server out of date?"
- "How do I add a load balancer?"
- "Find the movie Example Movie on TMDB and add it to the category Action."
- "Make a backup of the database now."

While it works, the Copilot shows what it is doing, for example **Reading data**, **Checking the documentation** or **Working on channel**.

## Changes need your approval

The Copilot does not make risky changes on its own:

- Before a change that deletes or overwrites data, it asks you to **Approve** or **Reject**.
- Creating a database backup always asks for your approval.
- Some changes can be undone from the chat.

Read each request before you approve it.

## Your conversations

- Click **New chat** to start a new conversation.
- Open the history to go back to an older conversation.
- If you reach the limit of active conversations, delete one from the history to continue.

## Common problems

- **I do not see the robot icon.** You are logged in as a reseller, you are on a small screen, or your account does not have access to the Copilot. Ask the main administrator to check your group permissions.
- **"The answer got too long and was cut off before finishing."** Ask for a smaller step or a shorter answer, or click **Continue**.
- **"This turn reached its time limit and stopped."** Click **Continue** to resume from where it stopped.
- **"This conversation reached the context limit."** Start a new chat.
- **"This message is too long"** Split your message into smaller parts, or keep only what the Copilot needs for this task.
- **"The assistant is not available right now."** Try again later.
