title: "Dashboard"
description: "What each card of the admin dashboard shows: live numbers, notifications, providers with channels down, clients and credits, Panel API activity and your servers."
---

The **Dashboard** is the first page you see after you log in. In one look it tells you how your service is doing right now, and what needs your attention: a server with a full disk, a provider with channels down, a client blocked by protection or a backup that stopped uploading.

Open it from the **Dashboard** menu.

## Live numbers

At the top there are four cards. Click a card to open the related page.

- **Open Connections**: connections that are open right now. Opens **Live Connections**.
- **Online Clients**: clients watching right now. Opens **Live Connections**.
- **Online Streams**: channels that are running. Opens the channel list filtered to online channels.
- **Offline Streams**: channels that are down. Opens the channel list filtered to offline channels.

Below them there is a world map with your online users by country, and the sports results for **Today** and **Tomorrow**.

## Notifications

The **Notifications** card lists what needs your attention, with the most serious first. The counter at the top shows how many are critical, warnings or new. Some examples:

- A server is running out of disk space.
- A channel source or a source host cannot be reached.
- A provider line is about to expire.
- Dropbox or Google Drive stopped accepting backup uploads.
- Protection blocked a client. See below.
- Unusual activity on a Panel API key.
- An **Update all** run finished.

Each notification has a link to the page where you fix it, for example **Open server**, **Open backups** or **Open provider**.

- Click the check mark to mark one notification as read. You have a few seconds to click **Undo**.
- **Mark all read** marks all of them as read at once.
- When an alert resolves on its own (for example, the disk has free space again), it leaves the list.
- With nothing pending, the card says **All clear** and shows a short summary, such as servers online and your last backup, plus what was **Resolved in the last 24 h**.
- **View history** shows the notifications of the last 7 days, read or not.

The card refreshes every minute while the page is open.

### A client blocked by protection

When a protection rule blocks a client, the notification shows the IP, the rule and the app (user-agent). From there you can:

- Click **Unblock…** to let that client through for a time you choose.
- Click **Lift block now** to end the current block right away, without an exception.

Only administrators can unblock clients. See [Protection](/docs/protection).

## Providers with channels down

A ring chart that shows which providers have channels down right now, with the five providers with the most channels down in colors. Click a provider to open the channel list filtered to its offline channels, or click **Open Streams**.

## Clients and credits

Shows activity for the last **24 h**, **7 d** or **30 d**:

- **Clients created** in that period.
- **Credits spent** by your resellers.
- **Top resellers by credits**.

## Panel API · last 24 h

Shows how many lines were **Created**, **Renewed** and **Rejected** through the Panel API in the last 24 hours. Click **View all** to open the full log. The card is hidden if you have no Panel API keys. See [Panel API](/docs/panel-api-overview).

## Online Administrators/Resellers

Lists the admins and resellers of your panel, with their status and last activity.

## Connections and servers

- **Connections**: a chart of your connections, by **Week**, **Day** or **Hour**.
- One card per server, with its status, connections, channels online, input and output traffic, and disk. Reverse proxies show the streams they forward, requests per second and how many upstreams they can reach.
- The **Add Server** card lets you add a new streaming server. See [Add a Load Balancer Server](/docs/load-balancer-server).

## For resellers

Resellers see their own dashboard with their **Active Users**, **Credits**, **Online Clients**, expiring clients for the next days and their recent activity.

## Common problems

- **"Notifications could not be loaded."** Click **Try again**. If it keeps failing, check that your main server is online in **Servers**.
- **I do not see Unblock… in a protection notification.** Unblocking needs engine 2.4.0 or newer on the main server, and an administrator account.
