Plugins are add-ons you pay for separately from your license. Each one adds a feature to your panel, and you buy it only if you need it. You buy and renew plugins from the panel, on the page of each plugin.

## Available plugins

### Mosaics

Shows up to 9 of your channels on one screen and publishes it as a normal channel. Your clients see it in their apps like any other channel. Find it in **Channels** → **Mosaics**. See [Mosaics](/docs/mosaics).

### New Arrivals

A channel that presents the new movies and series you added this month, ready to play in your clients' channel list. A new video is built every day. Find it in **Channels** → **New Arrivals**. See [New Arrivals](/docs/new-arrivals).

## Prices

The same plans apply to each plugin. Longer plans cost less per month.

## Who can buy

- Administrators only. Resellers do not see plugins.
- Your main server must run engine 2.5.0.
- The plugin is paid from the Xtream AI account that owns the license.

## Buy a plan

1. Open the plugin page: **Channels** → **Mosaics** or **Channels** → **New Arrivals**.
2. At the top, the plan card shows the state of your plan. Click **Buy a plan**.
3. Choose **1**, **3** or **12** months.
4. Choose how to pay:
   - **Your Xtream AI balance.** The plan starts right away, without reloading the page. If your balance is not enough, this option is disabled.
   - **Crypto.** A payment page opens in a new tab. The plan starts a few minutes after the payment is confirmed.

## Renew and extend

- **Renew automatically**: turn it on and choose how often. The plan renews from your Xtream AI balance about one day before it ends. Keep enough balance in your account.
- **Extend plan**: add more months to an active plan at any time. The new months start when the current ones end, so you do not lose days.

## When a plan ends

- **Active until** a date: your plan is active.
- **Expired on** a date: you have a few days of grace. The plugin keeps working; renew it before the grace period ends.
- After the grace period:
  - **Mosaics**: your mosaics become read-only. You can still see and delete them, but not create or edit them.
  - **New Arrivals**: the channel stops. Buy a plan to turn it back on.

The plan card shows the date your plan ends, so you can renew in time.

## Common problems

- **The plugin page says it needs engine 2.5.0.** Update your main server. See [Update the engine](/docs/update-the-engine).
- **Pay with balance is disabled.** Your balance is lower than the price of the plan. Pay with crypto, or add balance to your account.
- **"Your Mosaics plan is not active"** or **"Your New Arrivals plan is not active."** Your plan ended. Buy a plan from the plan card.
- **The automatic renewal did not happen.** Check your balance. Without enough balance the renewal fails. Add balance, or buy the plan by hand before the grace period ends.
- **I paid with crypto and the plan is not active yet.** The plan starts a few minutes after the payment is confirmed.
