Description

This command is used to regain access to the Xtream AI admin panel when your administrator account has been locked or you've lost your credentials. Upon execution, the system will ask for:

  • Your license key
  • Your license ID

These details can be retrieved from your client area: 👉 https://xtreamai.net/client-area/products/

If the provided information is valid, the system will generate a rescue URL, valid for 5 minutes only, allowing you to:

  • Select the admin account to recover
  • Set a new password
  • Enable or disable the 4-digit PIN

⚠️ Security Warning

Never share this rescue URL with anyone.

It grants full super administrator access to your panel. Anyone with this link could compromise your entire infrastructure. As a security measure, the rescue URL:

  • Is encrypted and time-limited
  • Expires automatically after 5 minutes
  • Should be used only once and immediately closed after use

The Xtream AI team will never request this URL under any circumstance.
