New in Xtream AI 2.5.0.
Live Connections only shows what is playing right now. When a customer says "it did not work last night", or when you suspect that one account is shared by many people, you need the past. Connections shows the viewing history: sessions, watch time, IPs, countries, apps and the most watched content, for the last 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
There are two views:
- One client (line): on the client page. Administrators and resellers have it.
- All the lines of a reseller: in the reseller's Logs. It covers the reseller and their direct sub-resellers.
Who can see it
- Administrators: on every client page.
- Resellers: their group needs Can View Live Connections. See Member Groups.
See the history of one client
- Open the client from Clients > Overview. See Edit a Client.
- Scroll down to Connections ("Streaming sessions of this line").
- Choose the range: 24h, 7d or 30d.
You see:
- Sessions, with the change against the previous period (for example "▲ +12% vs previous 7 days").
- Unique IPs: the different networks the line used. A line used at home shows 1 or 2 IPs.
- Countries and the top country.
- Watch time, with the average per session.
- Two charts, Sessions and Unique IPs, per hour or per day. The last bar has a
*: the current hour or today, so far. - The rankings Countries, Apps & devices and Top content.
- Recent sessions: Date, Content, IP, Country, App / device, Format and Duration. Use the search box to find a channel or an exact IP.
Live connections → at the top opens Live Connections for this client.

Resellers use this view to watch their whole business.
- In the menu, open Logs. The Connections tab ("All my lines") opens first.
- In Reseller, choose All (mine + sub-resellers), only your own lines (mine only), or one sub-reseller.
- Choose 24h, 7d or 30d.
You see Sessions, Unique IPs, Active lines (with the number of lines with no activity) and Lines with 5+ IPs. The ranking Lines with most IPs lists the lines used from the most networks. The Recent sessions table adds a Line column, and you can search by line, content or exact IP.
The totals are updated every few minutes. The header shows "data up to HH:MM".
Many IPs in several countries on one line usually means the credentials are shared or resold. Check Lines with most IPs first, then open the line to see its sessions.
Common problems
- "No streaming activity in the last 7 days": the client did not watch anything in that range. Try 30d, and check that the line is enabled and has bouquets.
- "This range is too much data for this account right now.": lines with a very large number of sessions (for example restreamers) can be too heavy for long ranges. Use 24h, or choose one sub-reseller in the filter.
- "Connection history is not available on this engine version.": the engine on your main server does not keep this history. Live connections still work. See Update the Engine.
- The Connections section or tab is missing (reseller): your group does not have Can View Live Connections.
