You have hundreds of channels and movies, and not every customer should get all of them. Bouquets let you group content, for example "Sports" or "Kids". Packages turn bouquets into a plan with a duration and a price in credits, so your resellers can sell it in one click.
- A bouquet decides what a client can watch. A client sees only the content of its bouquets.
- A package decides what a reseller sells: bouquets, duration, price in credits and number of connections.
Administrators create both. Both live in the Resellers Network menu.
Create a bouquet
- In the menu, open Resellers Network > Content Setup > Edit Bouquets.
- Click Add Bouquet. In the Create Bouquet window, type a Name (for example "Sports Premium") and click Save.
- In the list, click Edit (the pencil icon) on the new bouquet.
- The editor shows counters for Streams, Movies and Series, and one tab for each.
- In each tab, find the content you want. You can filter by category, search by name, and switch the first filter between All, In Bouquet and Not in Bouquet.
- Click the green + button on a row to add it. The button turns red (−): click it again to remove the item.
Each click is saved at once. There is no save button for the content. To rename the bouquet, change the name at the top and click Save next to it.
Bouquet names can appear in your customers' apps. Use clear names, not "test1".
Give a bouquet to clients
A bouquet does nothing until a client has it:
- Administrators select bouquets in the BOUQUETS tab of the client. See Create a Client.
- Resellers get the bouquets of the package they sell.
A client can have several bouquets and sees all their content together.
Create a package
- In the menu, open Resellers Network > Packages and click Add Package. The editor has three tabs: Details, Group Permissions and Bouquets.
- In Details, type the Package Name that resellers will see when they create a client.
- Choose the modes of the package. You need at least one:
- Is Trial: a free or cheap test. Set Trial Credits, Trial Duration and Trial Duration In (hours, days, months or years). Example: 0 credits, 24 hours.
- Is Official: the paid plan. Set Official Credits, Official Duration and Official Duration In. Example: 10 credits, 1 month.
- Set the limits and devices:
- Max Connections: how many devices a client of this package can use at the same time.
- Can Generate MAG and MAG Only: allow MAG set-top boxes, or allow only them.
- Can Generate Enigma and Enigma Only: allow Enigma2 receivers, or allow only them.
- Lock STB Device and Can Restream: turn them on only if this plan needs them.
- In Group Permissions, turn on the reseller groups that can sell this package. See Member Groups.
- In Bouquets, click the bouquets the package includes. Toggle Bouquets selects or clears all of them.
- Click Add.
Trial packages appear when a reseller uses Clients > Generate Trial. Official packages appear in Clients > Add Client and when the reseller renews a client.
What happens next
- Resellers in the selected groups see the package in the Package list.
- When a reseller creates a client, the package price is taken from their credits (or one slot is used), and the client gets the duration, connections and bouquets of the package.
- To change a package, click Edit Package (the pencil icon) on its row in Packages, make your changes and click Edit. The change applies to the next clients created with it. Clients that already exist keep their current settings.
- When you add or remove content inside a bouquet, every client with that bouquet sees the change. Apps that are already open may need to reconnect.
Common problems
- A reseller does not see the package: their group is not turned on in Group Permissions. Check which group the reseller has in Create a Reseller.
- The reseller gets "You do not have enough credits to purchase this package.": they need more credits, or the package price is too high.
- Clients log in but see nothing: the package has no bouquets, or the bouquets are empty.
- A new channel does not appear for a client: check that the channel is in one of the client's bouquets, then ask the customer to reopen the app.
